The SIAO Needs Assessment Model© (NAM) involves a 5-step process:
1. Business Scan (BIZScan)
A thorough review of the client’s business and its needs.
2. Needs Report
A report based on the BIZScan findings.
3. Roundtable
Meeting with the client to discuss the report and areas in which SIAO can be of service.
4. Program Development
Development of a program to provide the required services to the client.
5. Phased Execution
Execution of the program over a pre-determined time period.
The SIAO NAM© is a proprietary service that differentiates SIAO in the marketplace.
